Management! They practice a lot of nepotism. If you are friends or family to the manager then you will most likely have a good salary and the opp to be in a good position. If you are not friends or family with the manager…just find another job fast. In the beginning, they tell you about salary increase after 6 months…do not believe them. There is always a reason: a freeze, no budget and the most common You don’t deserve it ( aka you are not in my close circle). You are just a number for them!
