Cons
1. At first, they want to remove email culture, and I think managers follow this for all their juniors. As they don't even care to reply, unless its their work. 2. You don't get recognized for any effort you put in, for any out of box work you do. 3. Remuneration is something you shouldn't even think of when you are in ATOS.
