Pros
SOME of the people are good to work with, there is a decent medical plan, lots of time off (PTO) if you can actually use it. while still getting your job done. Some people work from home.
Cons
Acquired in an aquisition. No training, No responses to emails, No help with anything, Complicated accounting system, & reporting system that nobody seems to know how it works, terrible lack of communication, nobody knows anything outside their little "blinders on" world, .they don't know who does what, how to do anything, Nobody will make a decision on their own - they pass the buck or they set up a meeting to discuss it. I have had simple questions get passed thru 6 people and still did not have an answer. And poor business ethics by upper management on top of everything else. I wish they would lay me off so I could at least get unemployment while searching for a new job..
