      Fully autonomy and indipendent at customer site. I was able to organize autonomously my work schedule

      Cons

      Management not always present. Activity at customer site are not synced with company priorities and unrelated each other. Colleagues are not collaborative, every one lot at their own backyard

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely is the main perk.

      Cons

      Salary is low for the role, and the company has not been stable for the last few years. Seems like more emphasis is on the overseas workforce than the US. You never know when you are going to get laid off.
