There is a lot of responsibility given to junior staff allowing for rapid early career development. Good training opportunities are available through an external provider QA. There is a good morale and support between colleagues. Lots of opportunities for networking and socialising. Positive reward recognition.
Cons
The internal processes are slow meaning delays are caused due to processes you can't avoid. Damaged brand. Heavily measured on utilisation leaving little room for internal business development.
