Pros
Very good environment. You will see a lot of friendly faces. Working for the first time as a Under Graduate I felt at ease transitioning from my student life to a professional.
Cons
a bit of laid back behavior all around. I actually expected a bit more deadlines and pressure. Working on POC might have been one reasons for that though.
