      Pros

      Some of the people have been great to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is low and they will 100% off shore your position of at all possible. You will automate things then train replacements to replace you. Even after being told your last day they called middle of night on last weekend when not on call for help. And tell you you might keep your job if you help.

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
