Pros
It's a job you work with great people who are not in management. Good initial pay benefits just ok. Other employees don't share don't care mentality stems from poor management.
Cons
Poor management of resources. Trying to cut cost by getting rid of high paid employees. No growth no local HR managers get away with bullying staff. Holding jobs over your head no quality leadership. They do not support their team and throw you to the wolves. If your looking at Santa Ana stay away no future there.
