Atria fosters a great environment for employees and residents alike.
I am excited to come to work every day. Co-workers are encouraging and push me to better myself.
There is always opportunity to grow your career, and to grow as a person.
Work-life balance is a huge plus.
Cons
No matter what the job title, working in senior living is not for the faint of heart. I do it because I love it.

Glad that you are benefiting from your experience at Atria!
The only part of the job I actually miss are the residents and I met some nice co workers as well.
Cons
The turnover rate at this place was actually insane. In the year I worked there I saw many people come in and not even make it through training, which was understandable. Caregivers were not treated like humans, you'd constantly be overworked and micromanaged by other departments.
You will get sick constantly because of the negligence of upper management failing to protect your health as a caregiver. Your health is worth more than the pay they offer which is probably less than McDonalds.
There are more cons but I'll leave it at that.
