Pros

I recently joined the Atria organization and was extremely impressed with the onboarding experience. I received a warm welcome and am enjoying getting to know my new colleagues. I love the Hybrid work schedule as well.

Cons

The evening commute is a bit difficult, but the hybrid schedule makes that easier to stomach.
