      Pros

      Atrium got me connected with a good company (not sure how this happened as they were the most hands off staffing agency I have ever worked with).

      Cons

      If you have the opportunity to work with a different staffing agency, please do. This company is corrupt and will charge you for a verification of employment. This is the only company I have ever heard of with this type of practice in place. The customer service for this company is bad and I think it probably trickles down from the top.

      Great Culture and always looking to improve the technology. Good training for entry level candidates

      Sometimes process and communications can be too much.

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
