Pros

- Access to leadership who are knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help!! - Training and development is amazing. I have participated in 3-4 full day or multi-day trainings in under a year and these are not just a Slide Deck with a monotone voice talking to you, wasting your time. They are engaging and a TRUE value add. - People! My colleagues and leaders are friendly, have common sense (hard to find at some co's) and are collaborative. - Their D&I initiatives were well under way before the 2020 spike in popularity

Cons

- KPI's are the bedrock of business growth (and daily/weekly/quarterly conversations). Some employees who don't "buy in" to the speed with which they want Recruiters to work, may get burnt out. - The base salary + commission structure means you need to have the stomach for ups and downs re: your income and your business. Sometimes candidates quit or get fired and that will affect your pocket. (not specific to Atrium per se, but to the industry of agency staffing).

Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

Cons

Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
