      Cons

      Clients end the contract earlier than agreed due to their own miscalculation of the headcount needed for a project.

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
