Hotels are all showing their age and corporate leadership refuses to invest in needed upgrades for high performing hotels. Advancement opportunities are advertised but never realized. Leadership prefers to laterally move high performers to low performing hotels instead of letting them advance at their current property. Wages are stagnant AI implementation is counter intuitive to guest satisfaction goals. Guests don’t like having to get past chat bots and AI receptionists to speak with a person.
