Pros
The pros of working at Attain is that you'll get a great work life balance, You will have amazing team members who'll support you with everything even when on you first day at work. They will train you really well. If you never this kind of job before, you don't have to be nervous because they will teach you everything you need to know before you actually start working. The process of getting the job is also really easy by the help of the team members. You will not get confused at all because they will check on you and let you know what the next steps are and guide you through it.
Cons
It's a little bit hard when you first start working. If you are someone who is not really good at working with kids or being able to manage the tantrums, or not able to stay consistent, I don't think this job is for you.
