Pros

Not a whole lot of pros with this company. They offer a bonus COVID-19 pay, but ONLY if you work 15 or more hours each week, which if you only work part-time, can be impossible sometimes.

Cons

Every single one of the administrative staff other than Amanda Sharpe that I have spoken with or interacted with in any way is disorganized, poor with communication, uncaring, etc. This company does not take care of you and everything feels incredibly impersonal. Sure, $20 an hour sounds okay, but it really doesn't make it for someone living in DC and paying DC money for everything. Its impossible to work here part-time.

Cons

Communication with Management was very limited. There was very little training in-person, most "training" was done through the online course. Hours were EXTREMELY limited. When I was first hired I was guaranteed a full-time case load, only to end up with 3 clients a week. There was very little safety training in-person. Overall, I was left unprepared, underpaid, and without enough work to pay bills.
