Pros
• Competitive work supporting a federal mission. • Exposure to enterprise-level IT systems and projects. • Some talented and hardworking peers who care about the work.
Cons
• Company prioritizes keeping the client happy at all costs, even at the expense of employee well-being and fairness. • After years of strong performance (including exceptional CPAR ratings), I was blindsided when my position was reposted and interviews were held for my replacement without any communication to me. • Was placed on a corrective action plan with no clear justification or follow-through — a tactic that seemed more about appeasing the client than supporting employees. • Leadership shows little backbone when dealing with the federal customer, creating a revolving door of employees who are quickly burned out or pushed aside. • Very little trust or transparency from management.
