Pros

Pay and benefits are decent. Work is not hard. Management and team members are good at helping you understand your job if you need help. Incentives and bonus for good performance.

Cons

A little mundane and repetitive at times. Busy days can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like not everyone is doing their fair share of the work load. Some cliché behavior that is difficult to address because its a small office.
