-Amazing culture which heavily promotes collaboration across departments. Every employee is invested in the success of the company and eager to work together each and every day. During my four plus years at Attivio I was amazed by the company's ability to bring in such smart and genuinely good people on a consistent basis. -The management team, including the CEO, are very open with the short and long terms goals of the company. There are no secrets kept from the employees and everyone has a clear idea of where the company is headed. Every department head promotes the same openness and takes great interest in the success and career development of the members of their team. -The product is very unique and provides strong differentiation form other solutions in the space. It is an enterprise solution which is sold to fortune 500 organizations, which makes each deal strategic and once again requires collaboration across different departments during the sales cycle. Attivio is an amazing organization where creativity and teamwork is always encouraged.
Cons
Only potential con would be if you're looking for a larger organization where you can blend in, but if you like working for a smaller company where you get the opportunity to work closely with a wide-range of people who bring different skill sets to the table then Attivio is the right choice.
