Manufacturing can be a little stressful

Smart patented medical device products, competent and kind most of the management team, and good compensation.

Bad facilities layout; 5 different buildings that you need to travel to get your job done, poor facilities services; bad employee break/cafeteria room, limited restrooms, not enough parking space, dangerous path to walk between buildings, etc. Some leaders in management will not tolerate or accept feedback/ideas unless is their own.
