Pros
It's an easy environment to make friends and grow within the company, and a good opportunity for a first job or a short-term job.
Cons
The work uniform is deducted from the first paycheck and is overpriced. There are no sick days. The menu is very extensive, requiring more study from the employee than a normal restaurant, but with a much lower salary. An employee who only knows how to perform one task earns the same salary as an employee who has learned several tasks. There is little appreciation for the employee, but there have been slight changes recently. The only benefits are a discount on Lagoon tickets and 50% off certain products. If a server reports a problem, it is easier for this problem to reach supervisors through online customer complaints than for the server to tell the Manager or a supervisor; servers do not have a voice.
