Pros
- Great PTO - Solid health insurance - Nice in-office perks like snacks and beverages - Once a week lunches provided by the company (Only in office) *Those positives don’t outweigh the toxic environment and lack of career growth.
Cons
- I’ve been with the company for several years, and unfortunately, the last few have shown a steep decline in employee morale, leadership transparency, and workplace culture. - Mass layoffs happen like clockwork every six months, creating a climate of fear and instability. - The CEO is largely disconnected from employees and often comes across as out of touch during company wide meetings. - Favoritism is rampant, and there's a persistent issue with racial bias in promotion opportunities, which leadership has yet to address meaningfully. - Policies are vague and inconsistently enforced, leaving employees unclear on expectations and priorities. Some departments FORCE people to work in office three times a week while other departments do not care and are lenient. - Many talented and dedicated colleagues have either left or been laid off, which has eroded trust in leadership and significantly impacted team performance and morale. - Compensation is below industry standards across most departments, especially sales. - Unless leadership is willing to take accountability and invest in rebuilding the culture and trust, I would not recommend this company to future employees. - Boy's club, not a lot of women in leadership position in less they are white. - ALL of domestic support has been pushed out to offer these roles to offshore companies which they've had to train before leaving. - Employees are only a number, no loyalty in the company.
