      Pros

      Benefits and pay are appropriate for the work involved - that means pretty high. The benefits are top notch and well administered. Being part of the Amazon family there's lots of technologies to explore and learn.

      Cons

      Career path options are limited. Some of the engineering processes are burdensome and hard to deal with. It can take a long time to learn the internal systems before you're productive.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
