      Pros

      Strong, culture. extremely smart people, team mentality, start-up feel yet still part of a top Fortune 15 company, openness to new ideas and thinking to continue growth, inspirational leaders, internal promotions + external hires means the growth plan isn't one-sided.. Even with continued growth, the company has made it critical to retain the small company feel. Amazing company. Not to mention, free lunch, snacks, coffee/drinks, ice cream Thursdays in the summer, etc.

      Cons

      None really. Commute in Newark can be long in traffic. But worth it.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
