      The perks and benefits. Free lunch, travel commute reimbursement, sports teams, event tickets. Ability to work in multiple locations within the building. Casual atmosphere and dress.

      Cons

      Lack of space and resources. Mom & Pop thinking for a large company. Lack of willingness to grow beyond what's comfortable.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
