Pros
So many smart people work here, so you're always learning. I have become and avid and passionate consumer of our product, and so many of my colleagues feel the same way. It's wonderful to work for a company that sells something you believe in. Audible is committed to its employees' career paths and works hard to make sure its people are paid appropriately. Free lunch. Free parking. Health rooms for nursing mothers, as well as meditation and prayer, are provided. The company is very literary minded. Books are always in the air.
Cons
While it's great to support a city on the rebound, there's not much to do within walking distance, as compared to working in NYC. I miss being able to run out at lunch to the pharmacy or to pick up dry cleaning, but the pros so greatly outweigh this small con.
