      The offices are open and inviting. the people are nice, friendly and warm and they treat thier employees fairly and with respect.

      Cons

      There are not many cons at all. Besides obviously that the offices are in Newark New Jersey that is a run down part of the world.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
