DEI is a mess, performative, political, and run by white women who are unqualified for their roles, they're just friends C-Suite. It's nepotism central, if you're related to or friendly with upper management, you'll never get a low performance rating. Be prepared to do 10x the amount of work that would normally be expected of you because your output will be constantly compared to amazon teams that are twice the size of your team, but your productivity is expected to be the same.
