Pros

Family company, good products. Very tight knit business structure.

Cons

Japanese culture is very slow to react to the IS market. Leaving the portfolio of products looking and feeling long in the tooth. Management is averse to change and may end up being a thorn in their ability to achieve growth goals.

There were some great people that made it enjoyable to work there, gained experience in sales and account management

Cons

Horrible pay for the amount of experience, Being a female at a Japanese company made it very hard to move up, No flex time for working hours or remote work even with a lot of travel,
