The peers are genuinely sharp. You'll learn more from the rep sitting next to you in a week than from anything official. Like any SDR job, the core SDR work itself is straightforward and the day-to-day is easy to pick up fast.

And the role is misunderstood from the top down: SDRs get coached to pitch product on the phone: literally the one thing sales methodology explicitly tells you never to do.
