Pros

The developers are great along with other support staff. I could easily work by myself or ask my team to help out when I hit a wall with a challenging problem.

Cons

The pay is very low compared to industry standards. Management is lost. No clear vision and have isolated themselves from the workers. They were not living their core values.

- They operate on EOS - They genuinely live and breathe their core values - Clear expectations right out of the gates, no guessing games - Everyone is working towards the same goals - Hybrid setting is perfection - Phenomenal work life balance - My position specifically has a great blend of creativity and structure
