      Pros

      Pay is better than other area hospitals...but even that is not enough to make up for incorrigible management staff.

      Cons

      Management...from the CEO down. I don't believe that all management have always been this bad. Everyone seems to be desperate to keep their positions at this point, so they throw their employees under the bus whenever necessary.

      Pros

      Met lots of people and developed my networking skills. Was adequately prepared to be a presenter at the Southern Regional Orientation Workshop (SROW).

      Cons

      Not the fault of the office or school; smaller campus just meant fewer people and opportunities.

      Pros

      Teaches you how to be organized, meet a lot of great people, benefits are decent

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Leadership does not care about you. You get in trouble for clocking in 7 or 8 mins too early or too late (point system). No career conversations. No career pathing. It isn't normal to want to talk about your career.
