      Pros

      Fantastic Leadership I interned under the athletic department and the leadership was superb. The entire department worked like a well oiled machine

      Cons

      There weren't too many cons but I was only an intern at the time I wasn't fully employed so I don't know how the pay was.

      Pros

      Met lots of people and developed my networking skills. Was adequately prepared to be a presenter at the Southern Regional Orientation Workshop (SROW).

      Cons

      Not the fault of the office or school; smaller campus just meant fewer people and opportunities.

      Pros

      Teaches you how to be organized, meet a lot of great people, benefits are decent

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Leadership does not care about you. You get in trouble for clocking in 7 or 8 mins too early or too late (point system). No career conversations. No career pathing. It isn't normal to want to talk about your career.
