Pros
Most employees are very friendly. And, if you do your work, there is little chance you'll be layed off, so there is job security. The pay is usually better compared to other hospitals, similar jobs.
Cons
Human Resources instituted a new point system for when you are late or can't come in. After so many points, you get written up and then fired. You can have laboratory-confirmed flu, get sent home, and STILL get points. And, the review system is so ridiculous, and a total waste of time. Most employees think it's a joke.
