Continuously weakened by the Vice President, the staff is aware that they aren't required to heed instructions as they have the option to approach the VP, who consistently supports them. She openly expresses her aversion to the current management team, yearning for her previous team, and she seems to intentionally create challenges in our roles, possibly aiming for us to resign so she can replace us, which is unfortunate. Irrespective of the amount of effort we invest, the countless hours we dedicate, or our accomplishments, she remains dissatisfied, belittling us without acknowledgment of our achievements.
