Solid fiber network with knowledgeable support. Core group is team oriented with alternate options for customers outside of owned fiber network. Solid partnerships to meet customer needs
Cons
Some miscellaneous support functions lack structure to help enable streamlining of projects and order processes. Service agreements and contracts have no onsite legal support that can impede some items.
