Pros
The last few months have shown great improvement. The flattening of the leadership was a positive step. It gave the employees power to make decisions or at the very least have a voice. We are in the midst of continued change with leadership as our CEO is retiring. I am hoping the next CEO is employee focused.
Cons
A large change rate with management/leadership staff. We are in the midst of continued change with leadership as our CEO is retiring. Aureon does need to review salaries - some are not current with today's pay.
