Pros
Great colleagues! Many have been in the industry for a long time and have quite a bit of knowledge. Good strategic plan in place for company today. Culture okay - several perks at main office offered regularly. Benefits are okay.
Cons
Lack of strategy and definition in the past. Communication is often lacking due to many side conversations that happen without sharing the information in a timely fashion. Disparate systems make some daily tasks difficult.
