Pros
We have some of the brightest individuals in the business. We also have the ability to build something good and turn it into something great. Our leadership team cares deeply about the success of our employees and the company isn't too big where your impact goes unnoticed. If you're looking for a career not a job this is the place.
Cons
I don't have any cons. Every company has its room for improvement and I'm certain our leaders know those cons. Our leadership team does not run away from what's broken and they do their best to address all concerns.
