Company spends more time trying to hide things from employees than it would take to address a problem or issue. Stringent and conflicting policies that are impossible to navigate. Cronyism, nepotism, and outright discrimination are rampant. Pay is lowest in the field. For every honest negative review posted anywhere (not just here on Glassdoor), a positive one is posted by some senior member (manager). Reviews on Glassdoor are also posted from states the company does not exist or operate in.
