      Pros

      Most of my coworkers are tremendous. Leadership absolutely sucks.

      Cons

      If you want to work all hours of the day and night for very little pay and absolutely no appreciation for your efforts, then Aureon is the place for you. For the other 99.9%, stay away. You'd get more respect being a burger flipper at McDonalds.
