1.Support activity is frequently required even on non working days and is dependent on development team expecting 24*7 support without any additional compensation. 2.Management can't even afford basic office programs like team outing,dinner etc citing budget issues so office is pretty much dry. 3.Workload on a single person is often huge as there might be requirements from multiple projects at the same time.
