Pros
Very cool managers and friendly peers .I loved the culture of the company and Stipend is also pretty decent compared to the industrial average .the senior management is the best I have seen in any firm (particularly of this size), very close knit and familial work culture, yet the work ethic is more professional than I have seen in most other consulting firms
Cons
Long work hours, work-life balance is sometimes difficult to maintain. Almost an unknown employer brand in some geographies. Firm might face competitive challenges as it increasingly goes head-on against the top-tier of well branded firms
