Pros
It is very hard to fine one - maybe the sweatshop like environment of the office, you don't feel you are in a listed software company.
Cons
The company has no vision for growth and what they do has no long term alignment with anything what so ever. They do tie up with product companies, unsuccessfully try to market their produts, hire people to work on the implementation of these products and when the plan goes nowhere because of incomepetencies of the management and poorly laid out plans, lose the hired staff within months of hiring, sometime as soon as a month. Such treatment and callous disregard for the career of others is criminal to say the least.
