Pros
This is a awesome company to work with only if you have realtives in the company or someone at a senior position. You will never be on bench and also you will have the best salary irrespective of the rate you get from the client.
Cons
Actually in US there is no such thing as performance review, If you are on bench then u dont get paid period, and if you are not on bench and if u get a good rate you are still paid beased on ur experience. (Which I think is not fair.).
