Pros
1) 5 days a week work 2) comp off for extra days, travelling and food allowance is also paid for weekend work. 3) A good number of projects from abroad (only for java+testing teams) 4) Good opportunity to travel abroad (only for java+testing) 5) work is in banking domain 6) Flexible hours 7) A person can get good technical knowledge. 8) Some managers/ project leads/ team leads are very helpful and supportive 9) They arrange small size social event every month. 10) This job is recommended if you wish to work in java technologies
Cons
1) dot net technology is for some reason not used for new projects in this organization. 2) funding for dot net teams is low, as a result employees with same experience end up with different salary structure only if the technology is different let alone performance. 3) I found HR and accounts team quite helpful 4) Some of the managers don't want to address the real problems with team leads pressurizing subordinates in the team which builds frustration and 2 of my colleagues left for same reason.
