1. Very nice and friendly colleagues 2. Interesting and large scale projects 3. Good opportunity to grow your career from fresher to software engineer 4. Lot of festivals and activities in company apart from work

Cons

1. Less pay if you are starting as fresher 2. Management is not very transparent to their employees in terms of future goals 3. Need to ask for pay raises even if you are doing great job.
