Pros
1) Inside Office building is the only good thing but if you come out of the office building, it's dirty like the head of the main departments. 2) Domain (Financial, Banking, Payments) 3) Latest tools and technologies (but only in around 50% of the projects) 4) Health Insurance for Employee family 5) Awards for Best employees (but no cash prizes, just one faltu trophy they give to them, so no employee shows interest in getting them or they even try for it) (SIC)
Cons
1) No trainings. 2) No career guidance 3) No Growth (no growth of employees = no growth of the Company) (same around 1000 employees past 8 years) 4) No new Projects past 3 years 5) They never consider about employees growth and career 6) Poor client handling (that is the main reason why they are not getting projects from the same client again) Office building is at a unhealthy place (Employees getting sick more after shifting office here) 7) Management never take employees suggestions or feedback about management and head of the depts Openness is only in the talks but never in the reality. 8) Person who can't handle one project properly is a head of 2 depts past 2 years (SIC) 9) Lack of management and people skills of Head of the Depts 10) Gujju feeling 11) No proper company processes or procedures 12) Policies are only for Companies benefit (Bhad me jaye Employee) 13) Tea is not good 14) Too much A/C ( This problem is there past few years) Employees uses sweaters and Jackets but no one try to solve the problem. (SIC) 15) No Bus facility (Train traveling is pathetic)
