Pros
There are no such reason that I would support so that people should stay or join this organization . But if you get good team then in that case I would support to stay with the company one can perfectly balance the personal life.
Cons
Lack of projects only few clients are there . Only problem is the senior management . The upward communication is really poor you will not get proper reply or answer .and the most interesting part is the HR people they think that they are driving the company and the Technical associate are like the factory workers
