Pros
Flexible Timing. Nearby to station though both entrance are more than awful. Per day work hours are good Join this company for top floor only since they are the best, talented, helpful and of same level (that's why 2 stars).
Cons
HR and payroll Department are worst. they don't know anything. TL and manager will create Useless Pressure. As Rightly said its strictly for seniors only. TL is worst, we cannot present our views and we only have to say yes even if its wrong. also if you present your views then you have to suffer a lot for entire project duration or your stay in the company. if you stay more than your performance will be nothing because of above. Personal Growth is ZERO. Projects are hardly any.
